Commissioning of the 2026 Vestry: Senior Warden, Junior Warden, Clerk, Treasurer, and members

The Vestry is the governing body of the church, led by the wardens and work together with the rector for the best interest of the parish and the congregation.

Brothers and Sisters in Christ Jesus, we are all baptized by the one Spirit into one Body and given gifts for a variety of ministries for the common good.

Our purpose is to commission these persons in the Name of God of this congregation as to a special ministry they have been called.

The JOINT responsibilities of the VESTRY and CLERGY are to:

• ARTICULATE the congregation’s mission
• ENSURE effective congregational planning
• ENSURE adequate resources and effective stewardship
• ESTABLISH and MONITOR programs and services
• COMMUNICATE with the congregation, the Church-at-large and the wider community
